Auditor

At the Annual General Meeting on May 21, 2026, the registered certified accounting firm Deloitte AB was appointed as the company’s auditor for the period until the 2027 Annual General Meeting. The Meeting further resolved that the fees shall be paid in accordance with approved invoices and customary billing standards.

The auditors participate in the Audit Committee’s meetings and report their observations to the Board as required, but at least once per year.
